Nothing is as painful as staying stuck somewhere you don't belong. The pain in this stuck place is often what gets our attention and causes us to do whatever is needed to get ourselves unstuck.
To get unstuck is to first think differently and have an unfamiliar perspective. This is where God begins His subtle, yet powerful work. He gives us His thoughts, His eyesight, His perspective, and His wisdom. He has been trying to do this all along in our lives, but now we finally pay attention because the pain has become a megaphone that we no longer can ignore.
There is purpose in the pain; It causes us to look for answers and solutions beyond ourselves. It leads us right into the loving, comforting, embrace of the One who made us and knows us completely. He's been there all along and now we finally see Him, and we begin to listen. He is the One who has the power to get us unstuck. One word from Him can shift us and get us unstuck and out of the pain.
